Located 5 minutes' walk from the city's beaches, and 5 minutes from Gothic Quarter and Old Port area. 15 minutes on foot from Las Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya. A short walk from Old Port area and Maremagnum shopping and leisure complex. Metro Line 4 nearby ("Barceloneta") with direct connection to Passeig de Gracia and Modernist Route. Several regular bus routes to and from city centre.

Saubere und schöne Wohnung. Ideal für ein verlängertes Wochenende. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut im Vergleich zu einem Hotelzimmer in der gleichen Preisklasse. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

einfaches (Küchenausstattung reicht fürs Frühstück, aber nicht zum Kochen), aber sauberes, modern eingerichtetes Apartment (frisch renoviert) in sehr guter Lage - nur 5 Minuten zum Strand u. Yachthafen sowie in die Altstadt. Tapas-Bars und Supermärkte gleich um die Ecke. Nette Gegend mit "Charakter".

Es ist ein kleines, nettes Apartment. Die Wohnung liegt im vierten Stock und das Kofferschleppen ist in dem engen Treppenhaus ein wenig beschwerlich. Dafür ist das Apartment sehr hell und der Ausblick ist nicht nur auf das Nachbarhaus begrenzt. Wir waren drei Erwachsene und die Größe der Wohnung war für eine Woche Urlaub ausreichend. Die Lage ist sehr günstig: viele Stadtviertel und Sehenswürdigkeiten (Rambles, Hafen, Strand, Barri Gotic, La Ribera) sind sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen; die Metro ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt; vom Flughafen kann man mit dem Zug bis zur Endstation (Estacion de Frances) fahren und es sind nicht mal 10 Gehminuten bis zum Apartment.
