  About The Four Elements Rooms

Earth, Water, Air and Fire - each room at the Four Elements Rooms, a small pension in Barcelona, has its own theme. Located in a quiet, authentic area of the city, the hostel offers accommodation off the beaten tourist track but with good public transport links. The La Sagrera metro station (Lines 1 and 5) is just 5 metres away – from there you can get to the heart of the city in just 15 minutes: Plaça Catalunya. This square is an excellent starting point for covering the whole city centre on foot: Las Ramblas, Passeig de Gracia, the Gothic neighbourhood. Very close to the accommodation you will also find the Sagrada Familia and the futuristic Agbar Tower designed by the famous architect Jean Nouvel. If you want to travel outside of Barcelona to visit other Catalan villages, you will find a regional train station (El Clot, Renfe) just one metro stop away. ...more details >

The Four Elements. Un excelente lugar para hospedarse en Barcelona. Muy limpio,cuidado y atendido por una maravillosa persona que te recibe con gran calidez. Ubicación excelente. Tiene las dos líneas principales del metro de Barcelona a 20 metros del edificio, lo que te permite comunicarte en 15 minutos con cualquiera de las playas de Barcelona (Barceloneta, San Sebastian) o del Maresma (Mataró, Costa Brava); y con los lugares turísticos de la ciudad (Plaza Catalunya, La Rambla, Port Vell, Port Olimpic, Glories, Arc de Triumf, Camp Nou, Park Montjuic, Plaza Espanya, Gracia, Portal del Angel, Borne, Mall de Espanya). Para nosotros los latinos: está al lado de Fabré i Puig, que es donde se encuentran todas las discotecas latinas, por lo tanto puedes rumbear cerca, caminando o en metro. Es muy barato, limpio y te atienden muy bien. Yo repito.

The hostel is close to the metro station Sagrera and from there the center can be reached within 10min. It's clean, there are kitchen facilities i.e. a fridge, heating plate, coffee machine, plates and a supermarket is just around the corner. It's a good deal.

Die mündliche Sprachbarriere war doch ein bißchen problematisch. Die englische Version der Vorstellung per Email war mit einem Übersetzungsprogramm erstellt und es war nicht sicher, ob das, was da stand, wirklich gemeint war.
