Next to the famous La Boqueria market; a 5 minutes’ walk to the cathedral and the Picasso museum; Plaza Catalunya and Passeig de Gràcia; very close to the MACBA (Museum of Contemporary Art of Barcelona) and the CCCB (Centre of Contemporary Culture of Barcelona), both of which boast amazing architecture; the Port Vell and the Maremagnum maritime area, the beaches of la Barceloneta… Liceu metro station (line 3) is a few metres from the hostel, as well as several bus lines.
The rooms are distributed among 3 floors, some overlooking the courtyard, others with a view of the streets of Barcelona--rooms with a view dependent on availability. They are basic, clean and not very noisy; all equipped with AC, heating and a complete private bathroom, and the decoration is very simple, but functional. The reception is on the 1st floor, where there is also a lounge shared by all guests.
